WELCOME READERS!

JOURNEY

You’re about to start your new journey discovering: The "Meta Fixer" Newsletter

NOTE: The great news is, right now and for a limited time, this publication is available free, until I iron out all the bugs, so please enjoy it for no fee while you still can.

I’m Justiss Goode and as you will soon discover, I try hard to live up to my name, and be GOOD at everything I do.

My writing style is often fun and amusing, but make no mistake, this newsletter was not created to entertain readers.

To the contrary. The goal of this valuable resource is to assist you in making sure your meta stories continue to benefit others, and also earn you money in the process.

By rights, it’s only fair, after all the hard work you put into them (that’s if they’re anything like my stories).

For instance, I’ve a huge fan of publishing stories that contain detailed step-by-step guides and tutorials. They’re often complete with screen shots, images, and other visuals, to help convey and emphasize whatever I’m trying to share with readers.

Feel free to click and peek at a great example of this, by visiting the highly useful “Getting Started” guide I put together for new Medium members. I truly put my heart into creating that guide. Be sure to notice my effective use of screen shots (which is the same method I’ll be using in my newsletter).

It’s unimaginable that these type of stories are going uncompensated, regardless of the time and energy devoted to creating such useful content that actually benefits the community.

Just so there’s no misunderstanding about what I’m saying, allow me to spell out in plain and simple terms, exactly what the “meta” crisis is, why it matters, and how I’m trying to fix things.

HERE ARE THE FACTS:

📌 Former and existing niche writers like myself are in a crisis situation if they have a large number of meta stories remaining on Medium.

💰 Each and every day that goes by, writers are losing money due to the loss of revenue that used to come from valuable stories classified as “meta” content. The stories are no longer eligible to earn, in spite of the usefulness and relevancy of the content.

❓ Due to vague and unclear details about this and other matters, I shared a recent story on Medium that asked: How Can Writers Follow the Rules When the Rules Continue to Change? Just as I indicated in the subtitle, this is “A valid question from confused writers”.

🛑 This highly relevant question, is just one of the many reasons why confused writers with stories about Medium, have decided to stop being committed to the platform and the community.

🐘 As a result, earnings, engagement, and the morale of the writers is all DOWN in the community, while administrators continue to ignore the obvious elephant in the room.

💔 Oddly enough, many of us like-minded writers still have love for our remaining friends and connections on Medium, so we have no immediate plans to leave the platform entirely.

🔊 Those are the individuals this announcement goes out to. Those are the writers I’m seeking now, and hope will come together so we can figure out smart ways to weather the storm.

✍️ IF you’re one of those writers, I encourage you to SUBSCRIBE NOW and you can start reading the first issue of the newsletters’ major monthly feature, that I refer to as my: “Monthly Meta Wrap Up”.

Whether you’re currently a free or paid subscriber, rest assured, I truly appreciate having you join me.
